Louis “Louie” Cimino is a seasoned Battalion Chief at the Cabot Fire Department,
bringing over 20 years of experience in firefighting and leadership. Renowned for his
exceptional ability to inspire and mentor, Louie fosters a culture of teamwork, resilience,
and continuous improvement among his firefighters. His hands-on leadership style
ensures that his team is well-trained and prepared for emergencies, while his commitment to community engagement emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships both within the fire service and with the public they serve.

In addition to his role in the fire department, Louie is a motivational speaker who travels nationwide to share his insights on leadership, teamwork, and overcoming adversity. A dedicated runner, Louie has completed 43 marathons, including the challenging Walt Disney World Marathon weekend, where he earned the title of Perfect Dopey Runner.
